Responsibilities
- Handle premises liability cases in litigation in the Los Angeles, Irvine, and Orange County areas
- Draft and file litigation documents, guide clients through the case process, and interact with expert witnesses
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiff clients

Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully ABA accredited law school and active membership with the California Bar Association
- Ideally 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, specifically in premises liability or motor vehicle accidents
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Strong communication and client service skills

Salary Information

As a Trial Attorney, you will handle premises liability cases in litigation in the Los Angeles, Irvine, and Orange County areas. You will also attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiff clients. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a fully ABA accredited law school, active membership with the California Bar Association, and at least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in premises liability or motor vehicle accidents. Strong communication and client service skills are also essential for this role.
