The ideal candidate would have experience in trademark prosecution, clearance, counseling, enforcement, and litigation, as well as other related areas such as advertising, sweepstakes and promotions, patent and trade secret litigation, and copyright law. The annual base compensation for this position ranges from $225,000 to $300,000, with placement within this range dependent on factors such as years of experience and professional skills. Applicants must have a CA Bar license and a strong academic background with impeccable references. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a high level of analytical ability and adaptability.
