Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated litigation associate to join our busy bankruptcy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of litigation and transactional matters, take depositions, and argue motions and contested matters in court. You will also receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility and collaborate with other practice groups and offices.
