Handle commercial and civil litigation cases from start to finish.
Manage case files, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
Participate in business development and client relationship-building efforts.
Minimum of two years of experience in commercial and civil litigation.
Strong advocacy skills with the ability to take the lead in cases.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
Willingness to participate in business development initiatives.
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
