We are seeking a passionate associate attorney, licensed in PA, with 2+ years of experience in small to mid-sized law firms, specializing in Estate Planning and Administration. As an integral member of our team, you'll provide valuable advice and counsel to a wide range of clients while working independently and responsibly, with strong mentorship support.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Handling the administration of Trusts and Estates from inception to completion, Reviewing and drafting Trust and Probate administration documents and other related documents.
• Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and other appropriate estate planning documents.
• Legal research is required regarding probate, estate planning issues and related areas.
• Conduct legal research regarding complex procedural and substantive issues.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
• Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities.

Qualification and Experience Requirements: • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite including Gsuite, Word, and Excel. • Proficient with legal research tools, including Westlaw and LexisNexis. • 2+ years of experience in Probate and Trust Administration and Estate Planning. • Portable business a plus • Strong academic and employment credentials. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and in writing; Advanced research and writing skills. • Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as in a team environment involving extensive collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and office staff. • Licensed in PA
