We are looking for a highly qualified mid-level to senior level associate or patent agent to join our IP Biology/Biotechnology Practice Team. This position will primarily involve patent counseling, procurement, and opinions, with opportunities for licensing and enforcement as well.

Qualifications:

- . or MS in a biology discipline (. molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, genetics, biochemistry, or biotechnology)
- 4+ years of previous IP law experience
- Good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law if an attorney
- Active USPTO Registration
- Superior academic record, excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Superior technical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and resolve conflicting workload assignments, and adapt to changing conditions
