Location:

Duties:

  • Work on public company securities offerings and SEC reporting compliance
  • Handle sophisticated finance transactions, including public securities offerings
  • Advise on general corporate and corporate governance matters related to public companies
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to provide strategic legal advice and develop case strategies
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility and client contact
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior associates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate and securities law
  • Experience with public company securities offerings and SEC reporting compliance
  • Strong understanding of sophisticated finance transactions and corporate governance matters
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and results

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or eligibility to apply)
