If so, then this position as a Paralegal in our Real Estate Finance and Corporate Practice Groups at our law firm in Knoxville, TN may be the perfect fit for you. As a Paralegal, you will report directly to the Director of E-Discovery and Paralegal Services and work closely with our team of attorneys to provide support in various legal matters. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and filing legal documents, assisting with closings, and maintaining a deal calendar. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of projects and work with individuals at all levels within the firm. We are looking for candidates with a strong service orientation and excellent organizational skills. A background in a law firm is preferred, and a is desired. Knowledge of legal principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is also required. Additionally, we value individuals with strong problem-solving skills and superior interpersonal abilities, as you will be communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
