With a team of over 50 attorneys focused on private equity transactions, we are one of the leading national law firms in this practice area.

As a member of our Corporate and Private Equity Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, and more. You will also have the chance to represent general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds.

Our attorneys have a strong track record of success, having represented over 100 Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC) on issues such as fund formation, licensing and transitional work, and sales of SBIC fund portfolios. We are consistently ranked among the top corporate law firms in benchmarking league tables published by PitchBook, Bloomberg, Mergermarket, and Refinitiv.

If you have 5-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on private equity-led transactions, we encourage you to apply. You should have the ability to lead transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Portable business is not necessary for this position.
