As a member of our Corporate and Private Equity Department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, and more. You will also have the chance to represent general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds.
