Responsibilities:
- Handle motor vehicle accident cases on a daily basis
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Work with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs

Qualifications:
- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar (MI Bar)
- 2+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA)
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Our firm is rapidly expanding and we are looking for someone with experience in motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accidents to join our team in Southfield, Michigan.

As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle a high volume of cases on a daily basis. This includes drafting and filing litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, and attending depositions, mediations, and court appearances. You will also have the support of a dedicated team, including pre-suit attorneys, case managers, and seasoned trial partners.
