- Assist with sales operations and training for users
- Proactively resolve end-user issues and track satisfaction levels
- Build long-term relationships with users to increase adoption and retention
- Escalate operational issues to management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software customer support or account management
- Experience with B2B platforms preferred
- Experience in the legal field or with legal SaaS solutions encouraged
- Experience in a start-up environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent relationship building and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Base Salary Range (Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and location):
- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $81,600 - $110,400 per year
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $73,100 - $98,900 per year
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: $65,450 - $88,550 per year

Additional Compensation:
- Discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance
