JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. Review and analyze large volumes of data and provide recommendations to clients on best practices for managing their electronic data. Draft and negotiate complex contracts for clients in the technology and eDiscovery industries. Conduct legal research and writing on various issues related to eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective strategies for managing legal and business risks related to technology and data. Stay current on legal developments in the areas of eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy and provide updates and training to clients as needed. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. We also collaborate with top Am Law 100 firms and have a strong presence in state and federal courts nationwide. We are currently looking for attorneys with at least five years of experience practicing law and a demonstrated interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational and project management abilities, and the motivation to learn and understand technology.
