## Real Estate Leasing Counsel at Law Firm

Law Firm is looking for a highly qualified attorney to join their Real Estate group as Counsel. The ideal candidate for this role should have substantial experience (5-10 years or more) in negotiating retail leases, with in-house retail leasing experience being a plus. Leasing experience in other asset classes (such as office, lab and industrial) and any background in transactional real estate work will be beneficial as well. This position can be based in any of their . offices and will be paid hourly, with an expected 1600 billable hours per year. Remote work and flexible arrangements (including part time) may also be available for the right candidate.

### Qualifications

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comparable law firm experience preferred.

### Salary

The expected salary for this role is $160 per hour.
