Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation matters
- Work on complex commercial litigation cases, such as consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, real estate disputes, securities and shareholder litigation, and more
- Collaborate with and understand the needs of large/institutional clients
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist with trial preparation
- Utilize e-discovery tools and processes
- Attend depositions, hearings and oral arguments

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a litigation-based practice
- Active membership in the New Jersey bar
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Familiarity with the discovery process and e-discovery
- Previous clerkship/judicial internship experience is a plus
