Naples office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises liability attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will handle a heavy and complex caseload of cases in litigation, including trial preparation and trial. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and draft expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
