Responsibilities

- Conducting legal research
- Drafting legal memos and pleadings
- Attending court hearings
- Handling discovery-related activities and investigations
- Drafting position statements and dispositive motions
- Counseling clients on employment-law-related matters

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor degree
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Indiana
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
