Job Description

As an associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Practice, you will work closely with partners and senior associates on a variety of complex transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising clients on legal and regulatory issues related to mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, including technology, healthcare, and energy.

Qualifications
