### Job Description
The will be responsible for handling all aspects of a significant caseload. This includes prompt client communication, drafting letters to clients and opposing counsel, filing court documents, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, conducting trials, drafting appeals, and settlements.

### Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* Excellent academic credentials
* 1-3 years of Workers’ Compensation law experience, though experience in other areas of law may suffice
* Strong writing and research skills

### Salary
The salary range for the Sacramento office is $105,000 to $145,000, and for the Rancho Cucamonga office is $110,000 to $145,000.
