Duties:

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a variety of cases.

• Work closely with senior partners and paralegals to efficiently manage case files through the litigation process.

• Conduct legal analysis to assess clients' needs and formulate a comprehensive strategy to resolve their issues.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files for ease of access and accuracy.

• Represent clients in court during hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

• Handle cases involving divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, modifications, child abuse, domestic violence, and other family law matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in criminal defense and family law.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases and legal documents.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in emotionally charged situations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven success in both settlement negotiations and courtroom advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be an active member of the Alabama State Bar in good standing.

• Must have passed the Alabama State Bar Exam.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of criminal defense and family law matters.

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

• Experience in handling emotionally intense legal situations with professionalism.
