Duties:

  • Led and managed employment litigation cases, including single plaintiff and class action matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation on labor and employment law matters.
  • Handle cases involving wage & hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
  • Manage client relationships and work closely with internal teams to strategize on legal approaches.
  • Stay current with developments in labor and employment law, integrating new legal trends into case strategies.
  • Supervise junior attorneys and provide mentorship.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in employment litigation, particularly with wage & hour class actions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employment law cases from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Education:

  • . from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the state of California.

Certifications:

  • California State Bar License in good standing.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of employment law, particularly wage & hour, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
