Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on a broad range of privacy, cybersecurity, and technology company matters.
- Handle regulatory compliance counseling, government investigations, and related litigation matters.
- Represent clients in Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for clients.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Qualifications:
- Three to seven years of experience at a leading law firm, with a strong focus on privacy, cybersecurity, and/or technology company matters.
