Law Firm Seeking for Project Finance/Public-Private Partnerships and Governmental (Public Finance) Practice Groups

Experience: 3-5 years in project/public infrastructure finance at a bank, developer, energy contractor, or large/medium-size firm

Location: Chicago preferred, but other Chapman offices, particularly New York, may be considered

Responsibilities:

- Drafting commercial and financing documents
- Reviewing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Writing memoranda
- Working with both public and private sector clients
- Communicating directly with clients

Requirements:

- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Commitment to client service
- Ability to handle fast-paced complex transactions
