As the world continues to face the urgent challenge of climate change, Wilson Sonsini is seeking a dynamic and experienced Energy & Climate Solutions Associate to join our team. With a salary range of $260,000 - $390,000, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative clean energy and decarbonization clients and make a real impact in the fight against climate change.

Our ECS team is dedicated to addressing climate change through deal-making creativity and independent thought, and we are looking for someone who shares our mission and is passionate about clean energy and climate solutions. As an associate, you will work closely with our experienced partners and senior lawyers, receiving active mentoring and the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and client contact.

We are seeking someone with 3-6 years of substantial transactional experience, with a focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions. Experience in clean energy and climate infrastructure finance is preferred, but a strong interest in developing expertise in this area will also be considered.
