# Social Services Attorney - Oswego County The Oswego County Department of Social Services is looking for an experienced Social Services Attorney to represent the department in legal matters and provide counsel. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of New York State Laws, rules, and regulations and will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing advice on social services programs, and representing the department in Family Court. ## Qualifications * Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school * Admission to the NYS Bar * One (1) year of experience in the practice of social services law, or closely related field * NYS license to practice law * Current registration with the NYS Office of Court Administration at time of appointment ## Salary Salary for the position is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
