Law firm is currently seeking experienced attorneys in insurance coverage for all of our offices. This is a great opportunity for those with insurance coverage experience who are looking to advance their careers by joining a team within a national firm.

Salary Information:
- Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $145,000 to $165,000.
- Hourly billable bonuses up to $50,000 are also available.

Job Title: Experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney

Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including complex insurance coverage such as commercial first-party insurance, reinsurance, third-party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage.

Job Description:

- Accepting applications from Bar-licensed, experienced associates for all offices.
- Ideal candidates will have litigation experience in complex insurance coverage.

- Candidates must have admission to the appropriate state bar and a JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with discovery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on cases.

Qualifications:
- Admission to the appropriate state bar. Additional state bar admissions are preferred but not required.
- At least three years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
