Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, a leading law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Department. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Chapter 11 cases, preferably with a large firm. They should be self-motivated, comfortable in court, and possess excellent organizational and writing skills. Admission to practice in both PA and NJ is required, with a DE license being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of bankruptcy and business reorganization matters

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chapter 11 cases
- Admission to practice in PA and NJ, with a DE license being a plus
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Comfortable in court and with legal research
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
