Corporate Lawyer The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required. Although the DC or Connecticut offices are preferred.
