FranklinCovey is currently seeking a Paralegal with experience in a corporate law environment to join our Legal Department. This full-time, exempt position will report to the Director of Legal Services and can be located remotely anywhere in the contiguous US (preferably UT). The primary responsibility of this role will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as assisting with corporate governance issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or 10 years of experience in a corporate law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and negotiate various types of contracts such as Master Services Agreements, License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Stay current with standard contract clauses and use software such as Word Compare for relining and track changes
- Design contract templates and business procedures
- Use contract management software
- Assist with the preparation of addenda and amendments to agreements
- Manage high-volume contracts and tasks
- Handle intellectual property matters
- Provide excellent client service

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or 10 years of experience in a corporate law firm setting

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Proficient with Microsoft tools
- Highly organized and analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a corporate or business law firm

Location-Specific Compensation:

- California: Anticipated compensation is $75-80k, but actual offer may vary based on education, experience, and geographic location
- Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Washington: Please refer to the provided links for compensation information
