Offit Kurman, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a highly experienced Corporate and M&A Attorney to join our Philadelphia office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm, and to work with a talented team of attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Corporate and M&A Attorney at Offit Kurman, you will play a key role in our Corporate and M&A practice, handling sophisticated corporate transactions such as reorganizations, restructures, financing, acquisitions, and corporate governance. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate matters.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience handling Corporate and M&A matters, who is highly skilled in managing and overseeing complex corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and a proven track record of providing high-quality legal services to clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, conducting due diligence for transactions, and reviewing and drafting corporate documents such as LLCs, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements. You will also have the opportunity to work with our team of talented attorneys to provide strategic legal advice and support to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You must also have a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We also require the candidate to be willing to travel to the office several times a week.
