Local Government Law and Land Use - Associate Attorney The candidate will be able to take on a significant and independent role and work closely with the Practice Group Chair and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model. Should have 2+ years of experience. Must have experience in local government operations and administration and related litigation. Substantial Experience in Open Meetings Law, FOIL, SEQRA and land use regulation essential. Experience in local government contracts and procurement needed. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills essential. Article 78 and Declaratory Judgment experience a plus.
