Qualification and Experience J.D. from an accredited law school, Licensed to practice law in Maryland or another state with eligibility for admission to the Maryland bar, One to three years of legal experience, Commitment to equity, racial justice, and social justice, Personal approach that values all individuals and respects differences, Ability to listen and communicate with people who have experienced trauma and oppression, Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, Strong organizational skills, Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks, Ability to travel within Baltimore City, Ability to work occasional evening or weekend hours, Experience with Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings practice, Knowledge of administrative law and federal and state public benefit programs, Fluency in Spanish.
