**Salary:**

This position offers a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $250,000 to $325,000.

**Job Description:**

Law Firm is looking for a Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney for its Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas offices. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters. Applicable bar admission is required. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.

The Transactional Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters. The Attorney will also be responsible for researching legal issues, drafting documents, and representing clients in court. Additionally, the Attorney will be responsible for providing advice on legal matters related to fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters.

The Attorney will need to have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and other legal professionals. The Attorney should also have strong research and writing skills to effectively draft documents and represent clients in court.
