Law Firm is looking to hire a Banking and Financial Services Attorney

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Attorney to join its Banking and Financial Services Practice Group in Albany, New York. The successful candidate will have in handling secured financial transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and collecting and reviewing due diligence.

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of $130,000-$150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

### Responsibilities

- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, such as loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements
- Collect and review due diligence, such as title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, and leases
- Represent financial institutions and prominent businesses on sophisticated transactions on a national scale
- Provide client contact and responsibility

### Qualifications

- in handling secured financial transactions
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Excellent legal research, writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
