The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. This position is available in multiple locations, including Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC. Responsibilities: As an IP Litigation Associate Attorney, you will work on a variety of cases and counsel clients on ongoing legal matters. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Conducting legal research and analysis - Drafting legal documents, including briefs and motions - Participating in client meetings and strategy sessions - Assisting with trial preparation and court appearances - Managing junior associates and paralegals Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - 3-5 years of experience with intellectual property matters - Admission to a state bar - Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework - Undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry (preferred) - Strong work ethic and leadership skills - Excellent research and analytical skills - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Sound legal and business knowledge Salary Information: The salary for this position will vary based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer additional compensation such as a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
