## Corporate Capital Markets Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate practice group. This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate to join a top-tier law firm and make an immediate impact on its corporate team.

The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience. This role requires a candidate who can work on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.

### Job Responsibilities

- Work on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
- Draft and review corporate documents related to public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
- Prepare and review Exchange Act reports
- Manage corporate governance matters
- Advise public and private companies, leading investors and boards of directors
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters
- Manage complex legal projects

### Qualifications

- 4-7 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience
- Stellar academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Ability to work in person
