Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on motor vehicle and premises liability cases
- Draft pleadings and legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Provide strategic legal analysis
- Appear in court as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience with motor vehicle and premises liability cases preferred, ride share litigation experience a plus
- Strong drafting skills for pleadings and dispositive motions
- Ability to handle written discovery and oral arguments
- Excellent academic credentials
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Second chair civil jury trial experience preferred
