Salary: $220,000 - $410,000/year

Job Description:
- Seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience in IP litigation
- Trial experience preferred
- Technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas
- Independently conducts research, drafts pleadings and motions, and manages discovery practice
- Participates in hearings and depositions and interfaces with clients
- Works closely with experienced lawyers for mentorship and increasing levels of responsibility
- Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills required
- Commitment to providing high quality client service
