This position will involve working closely with our team of partners and senior associates to handle complex patent and trademark disputes and provide excellent legal representation to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of experience practicing patent and trademark litigation in a law firm setting, and preferably be admitted to the Patent Bar. A degree in engineering or computer science or significant experience in litigating patents in these technology areas is also preferred. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates and some portable business is required.
