- Seeking associates with 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation and/or white collar and related investigations
- Clients span a broad range of industries including technology, pharma, biopharma, life sciences, and others
- Must have excellent academic credentials and top law firm experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Salary range of $235,000 - $310,000, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and writing briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Assisting with all aspects of civil litigation and white collar investigations
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Managing and organizing case files and documents

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation and/or white collar and related investigations
- JD from a top law school and admission to the New York Bar
- Strong academic credentials and top law firm experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
