This position will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal documents, such as assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents. Respond to a heavy volume of email correspondence in a timely, courteous, and thorough manner. Develop and maintain professional relationships with business associates and clients. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Prepare and file status updates prior to scheduled hearing. Provide regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services. Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with the client to ensure most updated figures have been received. Monitor for executed client declarations. File client declarations with the court. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience with client systems such as LPS, Lenstar, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrower, clients, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties. Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner. Exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
