A law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The candidate will assist in sophisticated regulatory filings and compliance matters. Strong academic background, superior writing and research skills, along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative, are preferred. NJ Bar admission is required.

Duties:

• Assist in preparing and filing sophisticated regulatory documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Assist in conducting legal due diligence for regulatory compliance matters.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
