Impact:

As a Litigation Paralegal in the Personal Injury department at Wilshire Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients seek justice for catastrophic injuries. You will be responsible for managing and propounding discovery, calendaring court deadlines, drafting documents, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case.

Daily Tasks:

- Manage and respond to discovery requests
- Keep track of important court deadlines
- Prepare and file documents with the court
- Correspond with clients, experts, and defense counsel in a professional manner
- Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits
- Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

Your Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Familiarity with California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Spanish fluency is a plus
