Job Description:
The Law Firm of Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are a multi-state law firm that specializes in providing legal services to financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and mortgage servicing companies. We are committed to using technology to improve our workflow and provide the best possible representation for our clients.

Responsibilities:
The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing Hawaii litigation cases with a focus on residential real estate, mortgage, and transaction matters. They will also be responsible for protecting our clients' interests during litigation proceedings. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

- Managing cases from start to finish
- Providing analysis and advising clients on strategies
- Drafting court pleadings
- Handling discovery and motions
- Attending court hearings
- Other duties and special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate
- Previous experience in litigation, real estate, and/or mortgage law preferred
- Active license to practice law in the state of Hawaii
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Ability to manage a large caseload
