The ideal candidate must be admitted to at least one State Bar and the Patent Bar, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering. They should also have 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law, including trademark and patent prosecution.

Responsibilities for this position include handling a variety of intellectual property matters, such as trademark and patent prosecution, as well as providing legal advice and support to clients. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.
