TRLA is seeking applications for a Paralegal B to join their Public Benefits Team in various offices across Texas. This team represents clients in administrative proceedings related to public benefits, such as those before the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, the Social Security Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly represent clients in administrative or judicial proceedings
• Maintain a client caseload and exercise independent professional judgment
• Work under the supervision of a Team Manager or Branch Manager
• Conduct interviews in person and by tele,230 per year
• Salary dependent on relevant work experience
