A law firm in Philadelphia is actively seeking an experienced Casualty Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and handling complex casualty cases, providing legal counsel, and contributing to the firm's success.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving complex casualty cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to form effective case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with partners and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on casualty-related matters.
• Stay updated on relevant case law, statutes, and legal trends.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Casualty law.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
