The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment. They will be expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. The role requires a strong understanding of employment law, workers' compensation, or general litigation, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
