The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal papers such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. The Family Law Paralegal will also be responsible for managing the attorney’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating court appearances.

### Responsibilities of the Family Law Paralegal

- Conduct legal research and draft legal papers such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage the attorney’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate court appearances
- Communicate with clients and opposing lawyers
- Maintain client files
- Write legal paperwork concerning divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and other family-related legal concerns

### Requirements for the Family Law Paralegal Position

- At least two years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
