- Review and analyze documents for production.
- Prepare and process pre-trial and document subpoenas.
- Coordinate complex discovery on cases.
- Direct and coordinate activities of legal secretaries, records clerks, and services clerk on complex projects.
- Record billable time on client matters.
- Coordinate delivery of records to various parties.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association.
- 3+ years' experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm, with business or IP litigation support preferred.
- Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software preferred.
- Strong experience with discovery, arbitrations, and trials in complex cases.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Westlaw and/or Lexis/Nexis experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of federal and local procedures in California state and federal courts.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
