Experience: 2+ years in civil litigation and corporate matters

Location: Towson, Maryland with additional offices in Camp Hill, PA and York, PA

Responsibilities:

- Understand and apply rules of procedure
- Draft pleadings, motions and sophisticated communications
- Meet with clients and provide legal advice
- Conduct legal research
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain computer skills and utilize technology for efficient work processes

Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice in Maryland
- Highly motivated and driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Comfortable with client interactions
